Danish Actor – Nikolaj Coster-Waldau

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, born July 27, 1970, in Denmark, is a Danish actor.

Coster-Waldau received his education at Statens Teaterskole in Copenhagen in 1993. After graduating, he landed his breakthrough role in the 1994 hit Danish horror thriller film “Nattevagten” (Nightwatch). Soon after, he bagged more than a dozen roles in Danish films including “Antenneforeningen (1999),” “Manden bag døren (2003),” and “Rembrandt (2003),” among others.

Coster-Waldau made his international film debut in 2001, in minor parts in Ridley Scott’s critically-acclaimed war film “Black Hawk Down (2001).” In the following years, he appeared in the hit romantic comedy “Wimbledon (2004),” and the action thriller “Firewall (2006)” opposite Harrison Ford.

In 2008, Coster-Waldau starred as the immortal Detective John Amsterdam in the American TV drama series “New Amsterdam.”

Rivas is perhaps known for acting mostly in telenovelas in his home country, Spain. His first TV appearances came at the tender age of 13 in the soap opera “Mareas vivas.”

In 2006, Rivas got his big break when he secured three projects in one year, appearing in his first film debut “Atopeite,” on the popular TV series “SMS, sin miedo a soñar” and comedy show “Maridos e mulleres.”

In 2008, Rivas appeared in his longest TV appearance (23 episodes) in “El Internado.” Also in the same year, he landed two movies “Los Girasoles ciegos” and “El sexo de los angeles.”

Aside from acting, Rivas also models on the side. He graced the cover of “Hercules” magazine and has been seen in the pages of several clothing catalogues.

American Stage, Film, and Television Actor – Matt Cavenaugh

Matt Cavenaugh, born May 31, 1978 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, is an American stage, film, and television actor, best known for playing Mark Solomon in the U.S. TV series One Life to Live.

Cavenaugh graduated in Ithaca, New York, with a BFA in 2001. His film debut was in Little Monsters as a child actor, and has appeared in the 2003 movie Sexual Dependency playing the role of Sean.

Cavenaugh has more recently played starring roles on and off Broadway. His stage credits include Urban Cowboy; Palm Beach, The Screwball Musical – Lance; Grey Gardens; and Anything Goes to name a few.
